Banktransfer - Pay before shipping
The order is paid via banktransfer with the details provided during and/or after checkout. The order will be shipped when the payment
has been received. Order made with banktransfer are valid for 15 days after the order. If the payment has not been received during the
15 days we will remove the order.
Delayed payment may delay your orders delivery or result in cancelling of your order (in which case we will refund you).
When paying with banktransfer, you must always remember to enter the reference number!
Cash on delivery via Posti and Bus freight

Cash on delivery orders will be shipped as soon as possible. You will pay
for the order when you pick it up from the third party shipping company. There is an extra charge for using cash on delivery method. For
Posti this fee is 3,65 € and for Matkahuolto it is 7,20 €. If you do not pick up the order when it has arrived the order
will be returned to us and you will no longer be able to use cash on delivery method for your future orders.
Delivery
The order will be delivered to the nearest post office. We will inform you of the shipping ID which you can use to track the order
at any given time. The estimated shipping time is from 2 to 4 days.
Post parcel 16 is subject to the following pricing table:

Posti Maxi letter - Small parcels directly to home
osti will deliver the order to the address specified by you with normal daily mail. If the parcel does not fit your mailbox,
Posti will leave a note informing you about it in your mailbox and you will need to get the order from the nearest post office.
Matkahuolto Bus Freight
The order will be delivered to Matkahuolto terminal nearest to the address you specified.

Fast delivery to the OGK golf course (Oulu)
The order will be shipped to the OGK golf course. Lakeballs delivery is available only in the Oulu area. The delivery is free
of charge. Shipping via this method are available from Monday to Sunday 17.00-22.00 and on Saturday to Sunday 10.00-19.00.
Even on bank holidays with a separate agreement.
Lakeballs delivery must always be agreed with a separate e-mail or phone.
Abroad Delivery
We will ship orders outside of Finland using services provided by Itella. Orders shipped outside Finland have a static delivery
fee of 30 €. All orders outside Finland must be paid using the bantransfer shipping method. All the information needed
for the banktransfer will be E-mailed to the customer.
The customer can also choose to pick up the order directly from Lakeballs. Pick-ups must be arranged via e-mail or phone prior to pick-up. There are no delivery fees for orders that the customer picks-up. Please note: Picked up orders are not subject to the Finnish law of online sales. The customer MUST check that the products are what he/she ordered during pick-up.
Delivery time
In normal situations the order will be handed over to third party shipping company at the next day after the order was made. Delivery may be delayed if some of the products are sold out, in which case the order will be delivered as soon as possible. We will inform you if any of the products have been sold out. In some cases the order might be delivered even if some products are missing. In such case we will refund the missing products.
The delivery time is about 4 days from the order, but may be up to 14 days. Lakeballs is not responsible for any delays involving third party shipping companies.
Returning an order
IMPORTANT
All products have a 14 day return policy defined by the Finnish law. All products that are returned must be in perfect condition and un-used.
This includes seals and packages. Faulty products will be replaced within 14 days of delivery or within a warranty time if the product has one.
To make the returning process as smooth as possible for you, please contact us by e-mail or phone before returning any products.
All products must be packed to a cardboard box (preferably the one in which the originally arrived to you). With the products you must include a note that states your full name, address, phone number, E-mail address, customer number, order number and an account number in which the products should be refunded to. Also we would like to know why you return the product (optional).
Lakeballs will NOT pay for any delivery costs caused by the return. Returns have to be made using services provided by Posti/Itella or by other means that both parties have agreed to. Customer will need to inform the delivery company that the receiver will pay for the delivery.
IMPORTANT
We will not pick up orders that have been sent using cash on delivery! Lakeballs will not compensate for any loss of money caused by the order
not being picked up if the customer has used cash on delivery when returning products.
14 day return policy is not applied to orders picked up from or delivered by Lakeballs that have been paid with cash or bankcard/creditcard. Please make sure that the products are what you ordered and that they are flawless when receiving them!
